What the full file adds
Each row in the subscriber file also carries the capital cost, the competing requests, the DCOPN staff recommendation and the reasons behind it, the charity care condition, the certificate number and links to every VDH document. Pending requests and letters of intent come with the five closest decided cases.
Founding rate
$500 a year for the first five subscribers. Reserving is free; the first file and invoice go out in January 2027.
